Visual Identity

Naming

When referring to the Alberta Prion Research Institute, use the full current name Alberta Prion Research Institute or Prion Institute for short, especially when used in an Alberta context. The acronym APRI is also acceptable, but Prion Institute is preferred.

 

Logo

Written approval from the Prion Institute’s Communications Manager is required before the logo may be used. Subsequently, if any changes are made, a copy of the material in which the logo is used should be provided to the Communications Manager to ensure the logo is being used correctly (i.e. placement, size, screens, colour, etc.).

 

Anyone with permission to use the logo electronically must ensure that there is a link to prioninstitute.ca from the logo.
